First and foremost, I am a wife and mother. Everything I look at in life is based on those two things. I have been blessed to be able to do almost everything I have ever wanted, or didn't know that I wanted until I did it. I have traveled extensively in the United States and lived in Spain. When living in Spain, we were able to travel and allow our, then small, children to experience things that none of their peers could have ever imagined at that age. I live in the Midwest (Nebraska) and have never ventured very far, for very long. I hold very strong conservative values. I am a church goer and I work at a church camp. I have worked at an a television station, an insurance company, in restaurant management, for the Girl Scouts, as a village clerk in a small town. I work for a church camp as their communication and marketing person and their summer registrar. I also direct children's handchimes and youth handbells at my church. I am active in the Republican Party in my county and very active in my church as the member to our annual conference. I have a passion for cooking/baking. This is one of the ways that I show love to others-through their stomachs. I also am an avid photographer, which goes well with taking photos of my food creations! When I have time, I love to quilt. Of course, it goes without saying that I love to travel and experience new things. I have been married since 1989 and have two adult children. When I call you my friend, you are my friend. I will bend over backwards for you. I do not take friendships lightly.
